We accept trade terms including EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF. Our main loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai.
What are your standard shipment options and payment terms?
Shipments can be made by sea, by air, or by express. Our payment terms are T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against the B/L copy, 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, or Western Union.
What is your product warranty policy?
We guarantee that all products received by customers are fully qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos, and we will send replacements according to actual conditions.
How do you protect our legal design rights?
We protect your legal rights by signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to secure your designs and ensure they are not sold to other clients. For large-scale orders, we can also establish an exclusive product agreement.
Do you work with major clients in Europe and North America?
Yes, we have established long-term business relations with customers all over the world, particularly in Europe and America, including Disney, Target, Toys "R" Us, Hasbro in America, and Studio100, JMD, METRO, Pampers, and IKEA in Europe.
Are the materials used environmentally friendly and certified?
Yes, we use certified materials. Since 2008, we regularly send special batch paints to SGS for testing. We also operate our own dedicated product safety laboratories.
