Math Balance incorporates the concept of levers and has clear numbered markings. It is a great physical representation of simple calculations and weight. We only offer Free On Board (FOB) shipping. Customers are responsible for arranging the shipping through a FORWARDER or a courier service (such as SF Express, FedEx, etc.).
Most of our products have a minimum order quantity of one carton, but there are exceptions.
Full payment by wire transfer is required before delivery. For regular orders, the payment due date is two weeks prior to shipment.
For custom products, quantity and pricing should be requested beforehand. Upon placing an order, full payment is required two weeks prior to shipment. After customers confirm their orders and delivery dates, we will notify them two weeks before the order is completed to arrange for payment. Once the payment is received, we will contact the customer's designated freight forwarder to coordinate the shipment. Some customers may choose to make an advance payment after order confirmation, followed by arrangements for order production, packaging, and shipping.
