A1: Some samples require a fee, but the sample charge will be refunded after your order if it reaches our MOQ. The shipping cost will be covered by your side.

A4: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Typically, it takes around 30-45 days (off-season) or 45-60 days (busy season) after receiving the payment or L/C at sight. We suggest placing the order two months before the date you need it.

A5: Yes. We have a professional team with full experience in product design and manufacturing. We can manufacture products with your design. Please send us your vector files including PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc. (no less than 1500dpi, the higher the better).

A6: Absolutely. After confirming the defect is caused by us, you will surely get the compensation. We always pay great attention to production control and inspect all goods carefully before shipment.
